1. Warranty Application Instructions
All returns and exchanges must first be approved and have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
2. 30-Day Refund Policy
All batteries come with a 30-day refund guarantee. You may return the product for any reason within 30 days of receiving it.

- Return the product as instructed, ensuring the product is unused and all accessories are complete.

3. 12-Month Warranty

If the battery experiences any issues not caused by the user, you may apply for repair or replacement service within 12 months from the date of purchase.

Batteries are consumable items, and their capacity naturally decreases over time, which is a normal phenomenon and is not covered under warranty.

4. Phase Warranty Plan
Based on usage time, we provide the following phased after-sales policy:
- 0-6 months: If the battery suffers from non-human damage, we offer free replacement and cover the shipping costs.
- 7-9 months: If the battery experiences quality issues, the customer can choose a 50% refund or a replacement battery (shipping for replacement is at the customer's expense).
- 10-12 months: If the battery is still under warranty and malfunctions, the customer can choose a 30% refund or a replacement battery (shipping for replacement is at the customer's expense).

5. Non-Warranty Cases (The following situations are not covered by warranty)
- Batteries purchased from other sellers or platforms;
- Products that exceed the 12-month warranty period;
- Damage caused by user error or insufficient protection measures;
- Damage caused by fire, flood, war, or other force majeure events;
- Products that have been disassembled, modified, or lack warranty labels;
- Products that have been modified or repaired by unauthorized third parties;
- Capacity degradation caused by natural usage.
6. Special Case Handling
- Packaging and Shipping Damage: Please make sure to record the full unboxing process on video. If damage caused by shipping is found, a free replacement can be arranged with video evidence.
- Compatibility or Function Issues: If the product cannot be used due to compatibility issues, or there is a quality issue with the battery, a return or refund will be processed.
- Recurrence of Issues After Replacement: If the same issue reoccurs after the battery is replaced (confirmed by official inspection and not due to human error), we will refund 50% of the order amount as a final compensation and terminate after-sales services.
7. Shipping Cost Description

- Battery not charging:
- 0–6 months after purchase: Shipping costs are covered by the seller.
- 7–12 months after purchase: Customer bears the shipping cost (please contact customer service for the shipping cost amount).
